If you are sourcing your own gemstones, please be aware and purchase from legitimate channels to ensure they are conflict-free. We source our diamonds with the confidence that your purchase is genuine and of the best quality. The carat diamonds (usually larger than 0.35ct) that we buy are certified by GIA, AGS, IGI or IGR-Global. We work with diamond dealers committed to eliminating the trade of conflict diamonds and have measurable means to prove that all their stones comply with the Kimberley Process. Today, the Kimberley Process (KP) represents 82 countries (with the EU as a single participant), accounting for more than 99% of the global rough diamond production and trade. These controls ensure that every shipment is numbered, sealed and contains only certified diamonds. Launched in 2003, the Kimberley Process is a coalition of governments, civil society and the diamond industry to eliminate the trade in so-called conflict diamonds: an agreement that controls the trade of rough diamonds to ensure they are not used in areas of conflict. Our suppliers guarantee that none of the gemstones that they sell has been used to fund wars or insurgencies (stones that are known as conflict diamonds or blood diamonds). Our suppliers go to great lengths to ensure that each piece of stone is they sell ethically sourced. We source all of our diamonds and gemstones from our trusted suppliers around the world. Our goal is to inspire and lead a more ethical and kinder way of jewellery consumption, reminding us of the true meaning of jewellery. The process of working on a Reimagine project is also tremendously rewarding. Our creative team and talented artisans work tirelessly with our clients to renovate these old pieces into beautiful and one of a kind designs. That is how the idea of Reimagine is born.Īs a company that is passionate about the design and story behind each piece of jewellery, we are honoured to have the opportunity to work with beautiful items that are filled with memories and loves. We helped the client to evaluate the pieces and re-designed and transform these worn jewellery pieces into a new masterpiece. In one of our first bespoke projects, our client brought up that she has many dated precious jewellery pieces that have not been worn for an extended period, and she asked for our advice. “How can we rejuvenate old and dated jewellery?” “How can we use what we already have instead of aimlessly consuming new materials?” These questions spark our first jewellery upcycling ideas. Sustainability is at the core of our business, and this belief inspired us to introduce one of our unique services, Reimagine.
